Holiday Rates
A holiday rate applies to the entire booking if any portion of the service includes a holiday. We observe all federal holidays, as well as the full period from December 24 through January 1. This policy ensures we can provide consistent, high-quality care for your pets during busy and high-demand times, and allows us to fairly compensate our team for working during holidays.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation email. This secures your reservation and allows us to plan ahead to ensure every pet gets the attention they deserve. Bookings without a deposit after 72 hours may be canceled to accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service fee; same-day cancellations may be charged in full to ensure fairness to our team and availability for other clients.

Weather Policy
The safety of your pets and our team is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and may adjust or shorten walks in cases of extreme weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, ice, or high heat. If outdoor walks are unsafe, we will provide indoor playtime, potty breaks, and enrichment activities instead.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule services. We will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to find a solution that keeps your pets happy and safe.
