Yes! Salty Paws Co. is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Our coverage protects your pets, your home, and our team during every visit. We take safety and professionalism seriously, so you can feel confident leaving your pets in our care. 

We specialize in dogs and cats, but we can occasionally accommodate fish upon request. Let us know your setup during the intake process.

Absolutely! After each visit, we send a personalized update with photos and a quick summary of how your pet did — sent directly through the client portal or via email.

Yes. We can administer most oral and topical medications. Just provide clear instructions in your client profile or when booking.

Yes. A meet & greet is required for all new clients before your account is approved. It helps us get to know your pet’s routine and ensure the right fit. After that, you’ll have access to our booking portal.

Once your meet & greet is complete and your account is approved, you can log into our client portal to request services, view your schedule, and manage your pet's care — all in one place.

Invoices are sent out after your service is complete. We accept payment via Venmo (@SaltyPawsCo) or directly through the client portal. All payments are due by the date listed on your invoice.

Yes. A holiday rate applies for major holidays due to limited availability. It will be automatically applied and shown in your invoice when applicable.

We understand that plans can change. To help keep our schedule running smoothly:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No fee

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled service: 50% fee

• Same-day cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no-shows: 100% fee
