All bookings are handled through our Time to Pet portal. Create an account, add your pet, and submit a request. First-time clients are scheduled for a free meet and greet before any visits begin.

Yes. Every contractor who comes to your home is background checked. We take the trust you place in us seriously, and we want you to feel completely comfortable letting us in.
The $65 package bundles a late evening and an early morning visit. It is perfect when you are away overnight and want your pet cared for at home rather than at a boarding facility.
A $10 surcharge applies on major holidays, and a $10 fee applies for same-day or short-notice requests. We will always be upfront about any additional costs before confirming your booking.
Everything is invoiced through Time to Pet, keeping it simple and paperless. You will receive invoices directly in the portal after your visits.
Always. We send a visit report with notes and photos through Time to Pet after every appointment so you always know how your pet is doing, wherever you are.
